Thanksgiving is almost upon us, and true to its heritage as ‘Act One’ of the Holidays thousands of people will gorge on the Turkey, then try and lose all the weight to be ready to eat in the year’s main event.
As Actors, that’s a journey you simply can’t take. Casting Directors have all the depth of a puddle - One ounce of spare padding and you’re out the door! So can it be done?
It can if you judge all your options by real-world facts, not infomercial hyperbole. Some people swear by a green tea fat burner. Others say Hoodia is the key to success. But over 90% of the pills you can choose from are over-priced candy and simply don’t work. So if you love the white meat, do some research; The cost of indulgence could be far more than new pants.
