In news as depressing as it’s hard to believe, it has now been announced that Barbara Streisand will make her home-shopping debut to help sell her new album, “Love Is the Answer” with a one-hour special hour on the QVC home-shopping channel.
Streisand’s long-time associate, Richard Jay-Alexander will appear on QVC on Friday next week to share footage of the 67-year old singer recording the album, and Jazz artist Diana Krall in charge of producing.
The lady has won 2 Oscars, 4 Emmys and no less than eight Golden Globes, so my question is this:
Is QVC now legit, or is Barbara slumming?
Tough call.
