This has to be among the most uplifting, unique and original enactments of combined creativity in the history of New York at least. On July 26th, 3,500 total strangers gathered in Nelson Rockefeller Park at dusk and created a colorful tableau of pure, harmless fun and magic with just some music [...] Some of you might remember a rather curious show called, “Xena: Warrior Princess”? Well, there’s to be a Convention next month in Los Angeles to allow those with fond memories to debate its appeal and break bread with its stars. Lucy Lawless, who was its title character, will even be in attendance…Almost.

As of 12.01am PT today, WGA members downed tools and formed a picket line. This could be long, and will certainly be both costly and acrimonious.
